These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sasha's Hebrew School lessons, website, and any related services ("Services"). By booking a lesson or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Lessons & scheduling

Lessons are offered on a one-on-one basis and are booked in advance through the online scheduling tool. You are responsible for selecting a time that works for you and ensuring you have a stable internet connection, audio, and video for the session.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the booking link or by contacting support at support@sashahebrewschool.com. Short-notice cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future lessons.

3. Payments

Payment terms (price per lesson, accepted payment methods, and any packages) are shown during booking or will be communicated directly to you. By confirming a lesson, you agree to pay the displayed or agreed rate.

4. Personal use only

Lessons and any provided materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to record, distribute, or share lesson content or materials without prior written permission.

5. No guarantees

While the goal is to help you improve your Hebrew, language learning depends on many factors including practice, consistency, and your starting level. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Conduct

You agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during lessons. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
